Public commissions in the insurance category

As a widening of the current spectrum of services offered, improving their quality and offering a full-value service for every client, and that continually in accordance with changes to legal regulations and norms, and also so that their level and quality significantly outclass our competitors and concurrently represent the cration of optimal conditions for the needs and demands of the represented party, the insurance broking company Němec&partners, a.s. has drawn up a programme of complete indemnity and its own implementation for all activities in the sense of law no. 137/2006 Coll., about public commissions.

Closing customer order or mandated contracts with a charterer of public commissions comes into the whole management process of the insurance broking company Němec&partners, a.s. as an organization authorized by the performance of its activities in the sense of the aforementioned law and subsequently actively shares in its organization and coordination. It secures continual consultation with the charterer, the preparation and elaboration of all documentation, communication with the Central address from the very beginning until the publication of the result, it takes care of observations and complaints, and answers questions from interested parties.

Fulfilment is on the basis of the contract provided and is free of any charge.

Listing of the main activites which are catered for:

  1. processing notification of assignment management
  2. publishing notification of assignment management at the Central address and in the official gazette of the European Union
  3. processing the textual parts of the assignment documentation including commercial conditions
  4. handing over assignment documentation including specifications of services requested and delimitation of the amount applicants for a public commission
  5. processing answers to applicants’ questions for a clarification of assignment documentation and its despatching to applicants
  6. securing the whole selection process and accepting offers including drawing up the necessary documentation
  7. organizational securing of the opening of the envelopes containing offers including  composing protocols for their opening
  8. preparing  groundwork for appraisal and evaluation of offers for the evaluating commission
  9. preparing full and true declarations of members, or their substitutes, of the evaluating commission
  10. processing working protocols from commission meetings for the appraisal and evaluation of offers
  11. elaborating the final report on the appraisal and evaluation of offers
  12. announcing the allotment by the public commission to all applicants
  13. publishing the resulting assignments to the Central address in the official gazette of the European Union
  14. completing the archive documentation on the course of the assignment

In the event of possible objections the claimant is guaranteed:

  1. processing of assignment decisions about objections
  2. processing possible positions of assignment for the Office for the protection of economic competition
  3. handing over documentation about the assignment of commissions to the Office for the protection of economic competition
  4. completing assignment management after the decision of the Office for the protection of economic competition on applicants’ proposals
  5. providing specialist consultation in accordance with the concrete commission and the law on public commissions and possibly drawing attention to precautions needful to be employed according to the legal norms
